What about sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated by my eCommerce provider and will vary by customer’s address in accordance with required state and local sales tax laws. Contact me before your online order if you are sales tax exempt.

What is your shipping or pick up policies?

Greta ships original paintings to all contiguous United States states using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Orders will include tracking numbers and insurance.  Orders ship within 4 to 5 business days of placing the order. For faster shipping, a different shipping company, international shipping, or shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact Greta. Original paintings can be picked up at Greta’s studio at no cost. Please contact her to set up an appointment for that option.

Prints ship FREE. They are professionally printed in New Jersey and will be shipped directly to you and they cannot be picked up at Greta’s studio. Print orders typically take 5 business days.

Can I order a commission?

Yes! Commissions are a great way to get the exact painting you want. From pet portraits to landscapes, Greta is open to whatever idea you have. The process is very easy, and she will walk you through each step along the way.

Can I visit your studio?

Absolutely! Paintings are always best appreciated in person. Please contact Greta to set up an appointment as her studio is not open to the public.

What is your return policy?

If the original painting you purchased isn't perfect for your space, please feel free to return within 30 days. You will be issued a full refund, minus to/from shipping costs within a week of receiving the return.  Customers are responsible for return shipping. All returns must be undamaged. Contact Greta before returning an item for information and return shipping address. Prints are not returnable.

What if I want my cradled wood panel painting framed?

Cradled wood panel paintings are intended to be hung unframed. The natural wood sides fit into any decor. However, if you prefer the look of a framed piece, a reputable frame shop can add a frame to suit your needs.
